KenyRx is a free cash-price comparison for prescription and over-the-counter medication in the United States, operated by Keny Labs. It is an information service. We do not sell, dispense or ship medication, we do not process payments, and we are not a party to anything you buy from anyone we link to.

The site is offered without warranty of any kind. We build it carefully and correct mistakes when we find them, but we cannot guarantee that every figure is accurate, current or complete, and prices change constantly.

Every price here is an estimate calculated from public data, not a quotation from a pharmacy, and no pharmacy is bound by it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using this site. See the medical disclaimer, which is part of these terms.

• Use it for your own purposes, personal or professional. There is no charge and no account.
• Do not scrape it at a volume that degrades it for other people. If you want the data in bulk, email us — most of it is public federal data and we will point you at the source.
• Do not present our figures as quotations from a pharmacy, because they are not.
• Do not use the site to do anything unlawful.

We link to pharmacies, retailers and discount programmes. We do not control those sites, are not responsible for them, and a link is not an endorsement.

Some of those links earn us a commission — we take part in the Amazon Associates Programme and may earn from qualifying purchases. This never changes the ranking. Options are ordered by what you would actually pay at checkout, fees included, and a link that pays us cannot move up the list by paying us.

There is no advertising on the site today. When there is, it will be visibly labelled and it will sit beside the price ranking rather than inside it, for the reason above: the ranking means cheapest first, and it has to keep meaning that.

Prices are derived from public data including the CMS NADAC survey, openFDA and RxNorm. Drug label text is US government-published regulatory content, reproduced with its source named. Our own writing — the guides, the analysis, the alternative medicine pages — is ours; quote it with a link rather than republishing it wholesale.
